Returns/Exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we can't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds (with the exception of two items below*) unless there is a manufacturing mistake or an item is damaged during shipping. If that’s the case, please reach out to our support team at info@lisaing.com within 2 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
*All ROY items are final sale except Indoor/Outdoor Athletic Shoes and 2-in-1 Convertible Towel Bag. We accept exchange or store credit for these ROY items only. Please email us at info@lisaing.com within 2 days of receiving the goods for exchange options. You must ship your return within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions. Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging. Item(s) must be shipped, prepaid, in the same or similar shipping box in which it was received. We suggest you insure your return as we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during transit. You are responsible for return shipping. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Products returned with signs of wear will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be given.
