When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order here in Los Angeles, CA. For this reason, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. If you need it sooner, you can either leave me a message during checkout or email email@example.com and I'll try my best to accommodate you.
Help, I lost one of my earrings! Can I buy just one instead of a pair?
Yes, single earrings are available for purchase for instances such as these. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I hope that you'll love your purchases from LISA ING. However, if you are not completely satisfied I will offer a refund, minus the shipping cost.
The item must be unworn, and all of the original packaging and invoice must be included and packed securely and safely in a padded box. Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, and I'll advise you of the return address.
Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Note that all items are the property of the customer until they have been received and checked by LISA ING. For your security, I recommend that you use an insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return and retain your receipt. LISA ING is not responsible for and will not be able to process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.
I will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable.
LISA ING products purchased via any other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through lisaing.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Earrings, sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
I live outside of the U.S. - how much will it cost to ship to me?

Additional duties & taxes may be required upon delivery of your package. These fees are assessed by the customs authority in your country and we are unable to estimate additional charges, if any, ahead of time. We highly recommend looking into your country's standard fees prior to making your purchase.
What about Shipping Costs & Sales Tax?
I’m happy to extend free worldwide shipping for orders over $100. (pre-tax and shipping)
Domestic: $5 flat rate for orders under $100.
Pieces are shipped via USPS First class mail and includes a tracking number. All packages shipped to addresses within CA will be charged sales tax.
International orders: $15 flat rate on orders under $100. Pieces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and includes tracking within the US only. For further details, please read here.

Is my information kept private?
You can buy with confidence knowing that your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Additionally, all payment information submitted remains secure and with our secure PayPal checkout system, we never see your credit card number.
How will my jewelry arrive?
Every piece over $50 will receive free gift wrapping. Your jewelry comes beautifully packed in a white gift box tied shut with a custom ribbon. Great for gift giving or just a treat for yourself. Your jewelry will arrive packaged securely in a padded envelope or box.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I always welcome wholesale orders. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out this form and I will get back to you with my linesheet and ordering process. In your email, please include the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Best way to reach you (ex: email, phone call)
- Store name, address, and phone number
- Store website (if applicable)
