Due to the handmade, limited edition and custom nature of our sunglasses, we only accept exchanges or store credit.
Should you find these sunglasses do not meet your expectations, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your package for exchange options.
All items must be returned, unused and with all tags still attached. All of the original packaging and invoice must be included. Our branded souvenir boxes and story booklets that come with certain styles are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the items.
Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Note that all items are the property of the customer until they have been received and checked by LISA ING.
For your security, we recommend that you pack all items securely and safely in a hard box and use an insured shipping method to guarantee the successful delivery of your return.
We are not responsible for and will not be able to process an exchange for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error. We shall notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
We cannot accommodate exchanges of sale/discounted items. These items are final sale.
