Shipping and Returns
All items are handmade to order by me in my Los Angeles studio. For this reason, your order and may take 3-7 business days to ship.

For all orders under $100, please see the information below for shipping rates:
All U.S. orders will be charged a flat rate of $5
(USPS First Class Mail with tracking number)
Estimated time of arrival is 3 - 10 business days once the order ships.
All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $20.
(USPS First Class International - includes tracking within the U.S. only. Arrival within 1-8 weeks.)
Time frames above apply to time in transit and do not including handling time (typically 1-5 business days). All times listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed. There is great variability for how long customs will take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all VAT, duties, taxes & customs fees of the destination country.

I ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that most pieces are made to order and may result in extended delivery time.
For International Orders, USPS recommends allowing 30 days for international orders to arrive.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Please check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country.
I want you to be happy! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 7 days of receipt, at email@example.com or fill out this contact form here. I'll email you a Return Authorization Number and your return instructions.
I will accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after items are received/delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipment.
Sale, special, personalized, and international orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although I check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to my return policies for returning the merchandise back to me once you receive it.
Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special / custom / sale / international orders.
