Shipping and Returns
All items are handmade to order by me, Lisa Ing, in my Los Angeles studio. Processing times can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders in line before yours.
- FREE shipping on all US domestic orders over $100 (pre-tax and shipping)
- $5 flat rate shipping on orders under $100
- USPS First Class Mail with tracking number
- Estimated time of arrival is 3 - 10 business days once the order ships
- FREE international shipping on all orders over $100
- $15 flat rate for orders under $100
- USPS First Class International - includes tracking within the U.S. only
- Arrival within 1-8 weeks.
Time frames above apply to time in transit and do not including handling time. All times listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed. There is great variability for how long customs will take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for all VAT, duties, taxes & customs fees of the destination country.

I ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that most pieces are made to order and may result in extended delivery time.
For International Orders, USPS recommends allowing 30 days for international orders to arrive.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Please check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country.

I'll email you a Return Authorization Number and your return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipment.
Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although I check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.
**Sale, special, personalized, and international orders cannot be returned and are final sale.**
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to my return policies for returning the merchandise back to me once you receive it.
Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special / custom / sale / international orders.
